The Slim & Save Simplicity+ Plan provides the perfect diet for those looking to keep it simple! There is no food to prepare, and all meals come from the packs we send you. You also have the option of 200g of vegetables like in the lifestyle plan if you want them. There is no protein meat/fish/chicken etc on this plan.
The Simplicity+ Plan will give you 5 food packs per day. The food packs can be anything from our range, shakes, meals, soups and bars. There is a limit to 1 bar per day, all the other packs have no restrictions.
This programme is optional for customers over 17st (238lb/108kg) If you feel you do not require 5 packs once in ketosis you are fine to drop down to the 4 packs per day Simplicity Plan. See our online brochure for more information on our plans.
Each food pack provides 25% RDA of essential vitamins & minerals, you should not take a multi-vitamin on this programme.
