We offer several options for delivering your parcel. Depending on your location will control which delivery services are available and the cost.

Interlink offer a Next Working Day* delivery service which we have found to be pretty much problem free and user friendly. Customers who chose Interlink for delivery will receive an email and a text message which will confirm a 1 hour window of delivery. If you are not going to be available to accept the delivery you can push the delivery to another day by replying to the text message or email they will send you. |

FedEx offer a Next Working Day* service as well as Guaranteed expedited delivery services of before 12 noon and before 10am as well as a very cost effective Saturday by noon delivery service. You will NOT receive an email or text message confirming delivery times with FedEx |
* 'Next Working Day Delivery' is not guaranteed although 99.5% of the time is achieved. FedEx before noon, before 10am and Saturday before noon all offer 100% Money Back Guarantee on Delivery Charge if not delivered. Does not cover if the customer is not in. |

Smaller orders to Mainland UK may work out cheaper sent via Royal Mail. Royal Mail offer 1st & 2nd class services as well as upgraded 'Signed for' services. Sometimes Royal Mail can be very slow so we do not recommend choosing this method if you need your packs urgently unless you are choosing Special Delivery which is the only Royal Mail timed service we offer. |
