1.Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will place it on a back order for you. You will always be emailed when an item is out of stock along with an anticipated dispatch date. (Over the last 12 months we have been able to complete over 99.2% of all orders placed without putting them on back order.)
2.Security
All orders are processed by our payment system powered by – PayPal. The process is guaranteed secure and your card details are encrypted and are not stored anywhere on our systems. See www.paypal.co.uk for more information.

3.Edit Order
If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an E-mail explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you are not be able to modify or change your order. Either way we will email you back to keep you updated.
4.Cancel Order
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email, including all relevant details, asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to cancel your order; however, you may return the item, unopened, for a refund excluding VLCD as per below in section 6.
5. To Return an Item
5.1 ~ Non VLCD Products can be returned unopened with seal intact within 7 days for a full refund.
5.2 ~ As VLCD is a Perishable Food Item it is not covered by the DSR (Distance Selling Regulations act 2000) Because of the nature of VLCD we are not able to resell or reuse VLCD items once returned so therefore do not accept returns for VLCD unless it is items we have sent in error (IE Incorrect Flavours to your request listed in writing on your invoice, no verbal or email communications form part of your order request invoice).
5.3 ~ All returns must be pre-authorised by us before you return them.
5.4 ~ Any goods returned without our authorisation will not be processed nor returned to you (unless you pay the postage).
5.5 ~ We do not offer an exchange of unwanted flavours due to Health & Safety Regulations, therefore we recommend that you buy our VLCD Combination Pack to get one of each flavour for sampling..
5.6 ~ To request a return for a refund please use the contact form here We will issue refunds within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
5.7 ~ We will cover postage if we send you the wrong items.
5.8 ~ This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Coupon Redemption
If you have a coupon, you can redeem it at the checkout. Simply enter the coupon code and continue with the payment process. You will see the coupon deducted from your total amount.
