VLCD Original Oatmeal
This VLCD Original Oatmeal Meal not only tastes great but contains only 200 Calories when mixed with 150ml of Skimmed Milk! (or 150 Calories with water).
Designed purely for VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diets) this meal has all of the required vitamins and minerals required to keep your body healthy and functioning whilst dieting on very low calories without standard food.
This meal is ideal for Breakfast and is quick and easy to prepare.
- Empty contents into either microwavable bowl or saucepan.
- Stir in 150ml of Skimmed Milk.
- Microwave medium heat for 60 seconds, remove stire and microwave for a further 60 to 90 seconds (microwave times vary).
- Remove from microwave and let stand 2 or 3 minutes before consuming.
- Consume within 10 Minutes.
For saucepan cooking simmer for 3 to 4 minutes stiring occasionally.
