Repeat Orders (back to the top)
To place a new order simply add the items to your cart then proceed to checkout, once at checkout you will be able to login to your account using your email address and the password you chose when you made your first or last order. You are not able to login until you are at the checkout page. Once at the checkout page you will see the login box like below:

Updating your Details (back to the top)
Once you are logged in all of your stored information will be available, so if you need to update any of this information such as your delivery address or email etc, simply update the fields and when you checkout the site will store the new details as your current settings for future purchases.

Returns (back to the top)
As VLCD is a Perishable Food Item it is not covered by the DSR (Distance Selling Regulations act 2000) Because of the nature of VLCD we are not able to resell or reuse VLCD items once returned so therefore do not accept returns for VLCD unless it is items we have sent in error (IE Incorrect Flavours to your request listed in writing on your invoice, no verbal or email communications form part of your order request invoice). Order History (back to the top)
You can view any current or past orders by visiting the 'Order History' page, this will show you the current state of your order.
Available order status are:
- Not Finished - Typically if you start an order and leave it just before you make payment it will show this status.
- Failed - Typically if you go to the payment processing page and then close the browser without paying.
- Declined - Your card was declined by your bank.
- Queued - This would be if you paid by Phone Order, Bank Transfer, Cheque, Cash by Recorded Delivery or Postal Order. It would change to 'Processed' once we receive payment.
- Refunded - YIf you cancelled your order before dispatch.
- Processed - This means payment has been received but we have yet to package or dispatch your order.
- PrintedPL - We have printed the packing sheet and picked your item from the warehouse.
- PrintedInvoice - Item is packaged and Invoiced ready for Dispatch.
- Complete - Item is dispatched and on its way to you.
Once you have requested to return an item we will provide you with the relevant information for you to return it and have a refund or re-imbursement. You will also be able to track your return by visiting this page 'Returns' Please note there will be no information stored in this page until you have contacted us and we have accepted the return.
Forgot your Password (back to the top)
If you forget your password you can easily recover it, simply visit the 'Forgotten Password' page and enter your email address, you will then receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you encounter problems doing this then please contact us and we will be able to resolve any problems you may be encountering.

All of our customers are welcome to free weight loss support via our support site you are able to track your weight with a progress graph as well as see exactly how much of your goal weight you have achieved.
Weight tracking can be done in either Stones/Pounds, Stones or Kg's so no matter where you are in the world you can use our free weight tracking software.
